Traveling is my passion and I enjoy it a lot. So, whenever I go for a trip, I always feel like a dream and I would like to live like a dream. It is very exciting to travel in different-different countries. So, when you travel to the new country, you must take care of lots of things. Therefore, each and every time I go for a trip, I do take care of certain things that will help me to travel worry-free.

So, I am here with several travelling tips and tricks which will help you to be ready to encounter anything happen to you when you are wandering away from your home. Let see these major things that you must take care before heading to the trip.

1. Check your passport and visa date

Traveling to the foreign country is not easy. There are different rules in every country regarding the visa. Well, most of the countries need your passport must be valid for six months after your return date. So, you must check the expiry date of your passport as well as visa. If the date is expired, then your whole trip would get ruined. If all set, then do not forget to make copy of your passport and visa to keep it as a security.

2. Money Matter A lot

Money is the major things that every traveller must take care before going to any trip whether out of the country or to the same country. If you are planning to the foreign country, then make sure that you have complete math of your home country and the other countries currency conversation knowledge. You must also conform to your bank that your credit card will work in the country you are visiting and tell a bank that you are going to another country so they cannot block your cards. One more thing is that always keep local cash with you because not everyone accepts credit cards.

3. Do Advanced Packing

Whenever I go for a trip, I always carry few extra pair of clothes. It helps to ready for the situation of any luggage lost or if the trip extends for a few days. Alongside, you can also get the best anti-theft backpacks to keep your money, expensive smartphone or camera, passport, visa and something else safe. If all set, then keep in mind that how much luggage the airline will allows you to carry. Travelling outside of the country is fun, but the eating junk food may harm your health. So, it would be a good idea to carry some snacks form your home country.

4. Go With Good Gadgets

If you are planning a long trip, then you should also take care of all electronic devices that you are bringing along. Well, the smartphone is one of the most important gadgets which help to get in touch with your friends and family while traveling out of the country. So, do not forget to carry power bank and charging cable so that you could not face any low charging situation. Furthermore, do not forget to contact your network operator regarding the international calling charges and compatibility. Along with that, you should take care of other gadgets like camera, headphones, dryer and more while traveling.

5. Plan Your First And Last Day

Another most important thing that every traveller must do is make a perfect plan for the first and last day of the trip as these two days are only mattered a lot to you. At the first, you could enter in to the new place where everyone is strange. So, make a plan to get into the hotel safely where you are staying. Likewise, do not forget to make a schedule for a whole trip and of course for a last day as well. So, at the end of the trip, you would keep all your documents, gadgets, cash, cards, IDs and key safe while departing the country.

Happiness Or Housework – Get Organized For Both!

If you are like most women with a family, you are still at work on your “free” time. Time off is not for rest or play, but for trudging up that steep hill of never-ending chores. Housework organization is necessary, but remember as Gretchen Rubin of The Happiness Project says, “The days are long but the years are short!”

How do we master the tricky balance of keeping our sanity while having a reasonably clean and organized home?

Delegate

Many working women, including “stay at home” Moms, still do more than their fair share of work. Think about this: if someone had to pay for that family maintenance work, the estimate runs upwards towards $100,000 yearly!

Want to see your time? Get some paper and divide the page into three columns. In the first column, list all of the weekly household tasks. In the next column, the approximate time it takes per week. In the third column, who’s doing it. Now add up everyone’s time, and get delegating!

Even young children can put clothes away, pick up after themselves and help with simple chores. My six year old granddaughter can run the vacuum through the high traffic areas. Encouraging kids in positive ways from a young age saves countless hours spent arguing later on! My Mother was always stressed over doing housework on her day off. I don’t blame her, but it didn’t help motivate me much!

Get Organized With The 4 B’s

Life Coach and author Martha Beck created a prioritizing tool called The 4 B’s: Bag It, Barter It, Better It and Batch It.

Bag It means ditching it!. If you’re dusting once a week, can you Bag It and do it twice monthly? Let go of what you can. People that truly love you don’t care about a little dust on your end-table.

Barter It means trading, including with money, to have someone else do it. Women often say they can’t afford a cleaning person, but regularly spend it on a casual dinner out. Feel guilty paying someone to do “your” work? Think of it as a priceless investment, giving precious time back to you and your family!

Better It means adding something pleasurable to something dreadful. Hate doing dishes? Better It by making a playlist that rocks your energy! Make it a game and count the songs it takes to empty the sink. “Better it” for your kids and Google “games to get your kids to do chores!”

Batch It means doing similar tasks all at once. Pick one hour for family “just do it” time. Shut down the electronics and don’t do anything else during that time. Make it fun, and set up rewards for everyone, including yourself. Rewards are powerful motivators and don’t have to be complex or expensive.

Organize In Baby Steps

Break big jobs into small steps and start with the smallest one. Give yourself permission to stop after completing the first step. Telling ourselves we only have to take one baby step relieves motivation-sapping mental stress, and we may end up inspired to keep going!

Little things add up. Stash natural cleaning wipes in the bathroom and wipe surfaces a few times a week after your bathroom routine. You’re already in there and it takes 60 seconds to wipe out a sink. When you walk through a room, pick up a few things. (See next.)

Get in the habit of putting things in one place, even if it’s just in piles. Assign specific areas for papers, mail, dirty clothes, coats and shoes. Even a little bit of organization saves huge amounts of time looking for lost items, reduces clutter, and makes cleaning more efficient; sorting one pile is easier than finding it all over the place on cleaning day.

Well begun is half done. (Mary Poppins had it right!) Pick one thing, and just get started! It’s never as painful a task as we think and it’s usually done before we know it. Find a balance, make it fun, get it done and go on to live your life!

I was born Santa Monica and raised in Southern California. In the early 1960's, my family moved to San Clemente on the Pacific Ocean located at the very bottom of Orange County. The town's population was under 5,000 and it seemed to be a million miles from Los Angeles with its smog filled skies.

During the summertime in Grade School, without cable television, video games, internet, etc. my friends and I spend most of our days outside riding bikes, hiking, swimming, surfing, fishing or playing sports. In other words, we were constantly exercising and breathing a lot of air. Further, overweight or obese children were a minority in my school. Gee! I wonder why?

This was also the time period before catalytic converters and emission controls on cars. Even with our distance from Los Angeles and Orange County only had a total of about 700,000 people, (today, San Clemente has over 65,000 by itself) I recall numerous Smog Alerts and days when I had breathed so much smog that my lungs hurt and I had to go home and lay down.

Since I can not remember a Smog Alert in 30 years and Orange County, by itself, now with over 3,000,000 people, it is obvious that we have made incredible progress in cleaning our air. Unfortunately, political agendas have a tendency of hiding the truth from the public. I am not saying we do not have work to do, but let's celebrate the progress we have made.

That said, it is true that combustion, respiration, deforestation, and man-made processes have reduced Oxygen levels in our air. Further, any big city is going to have some levels of pollution floating around that you will breathe on any given day. And not only are we breathing pollution from the outside world, but also from the inside one. Indoor pollution and lack of oxygen intake can become an even worse challenge.

In our home, we like to keep the windows open as much as possible because we like to constantly have fresh air moving through the house. I can not stand stale air. I think we have all had the experience of entering a home or building and immediately realizing that the air has not been changed in days.

It's just common sense that when you are stay inside with all the window's and doors closed, you are breathing in and out is what you or others have already breathed in and out. This can lead to Carbon Dioxide buildup which most of us know can be deadly. We are reminded of this at least once a year when some "bright bulb, rocket scientist" that thinks its okay to use his barbeque or Coleman stove to heat up the house. Unfortunately, the consequences are often deadly. So, another free solution to increasing your Oxygen intake is to simply open up your windows and breathe deeply. Just make sure that there is not a huge diesel truck idling close by!

If you really want a good result from this surgery then you have to make your mind to follow all these. In 18 months (approx) you can lose approx 50 to 60% of your weight.
